  Service very POOR from the staff at Biomedical lab at Portmore medical service.. it's a shame my lab result lost in limboo over 3 weeks no still no result and staff tight lips

  It was ok for me it got service that I pay for the waiting was not bad it work out not the first time using the here for medical reasons I went for dental care for my child and pap smear also the lab go job

  Today was an utter disgrace after a worker told a pregnant to stand up and wait when she simply wanted a date changed on an ultra sound report which was an error on their end

  So I thought other medical facilities in portmore was bad, listen this worst. Go there to see the gynecologist I had to wait so long. When I asked if the gynecologist is seeing everyone meaning is he the general Doctor the receptionist said yes. I almost drop a ground. The only reason y I waited is because I needed urgent medical attention due to pregnancy but I'm not going back here. The receptionist and the nurses are so slow you will be there at the window for 15 minutes or more to swipe you card. Listen this place needs to revamp cause everything about yah so is slow from staff to service listen if you can avoid here do so.

  I had my first visit yesterday and it was really good. The place was neat and clean. The receptionist was welcoming, the doctor exhibited alot of patience; she was thorough and knowledgeable which i definitely appreciated... Update: I must add that trying to reach them by phone is a task and a half also though the place is open at 8am the doctor doesn't get there until 10/11am so if you don't have time to waste best find somewhere else.
