I stumbled across this place on Google and decided to check it out with my boyfriend and I’m so excited that we did! The food and service was excellent. It was definitely worth the wait. I’ll definitely make sure this is the place I check out every time I’m in Kingston 😋

Went here with my daughter on 13/2/24 and I am really shocked by the customer service since I've been here before and had good service. My daughter ordered a coffee and a sandwich and I ordered a smoothie. She was a bit hungry hence the reason we stopped. The staff at the counter barely responds when you speak to them. Got the drinks in about 10 minutes. The server motioned to me that they were ready. We sat and waited from 12:15-12:45 for the sandwich and I had to tell her to go ask about it because persons were coming in and getting theirs and leaving. She asked and lo and behold the sandwich was ready and in the kitchen sitting. That's where the young lady went for it. It was cold and I looked at it and said "poorly made sandwich". Maybe we were not dressed beautifully or something like that but nothing warrants this kind of treatment. Two persons came in and were looking at the menu and can you believe they were given the menus and told to have a seat and go through it? Why doesn't this apply to everyone? I must say though that the owner is excellent nice. I don't know if I'll go back here. 19/2/24 Just to add that the owner called and we had a very nice talk. Just want to say thank you to her for her prompt response. It shows that she values customers. Will definitely go back.

Honestly, this place was lovely when it just opened. The owner (or supervisor) has always been lovely but my last visit changed my perspective. There is a distinct difference in the way they treat you based on how you've dressed as well skin color. I was passing through Kingston so I wasn't fancy-dressed and the cashier didn't greet me at all or even look at me while I was ordering. There were two white women that came in and they handed her the menu, and told her she could sit until she's ready. Another well dressed lady in heels came in and got her order before mine. When my order came, the wrap was soggy and wet and it seemed to have been sitting in the back a while before I had to get up and go ask for it by the counter. And I'm not one to complain but there was a distinct difference in the way they treated me vs the way the Russians, the white ladies that came in and a well dressed lady in makeup and heels was treated. I'm disappointed.

Firstly the service is poor, it needs alot of work. It seemed as if I was begging to be heard and served staff seemed distracted with whatever she was doing and not paying attention to me as a customer. After I ordered i had to get up from my table and pick up my order twice. I was not asked if I was dining or take-out as my food and coffee which was sub-par was packed in take-out containers after which I sat and ate out of these containers. I observed another customer of a different skin colour get better service and two separate servers came and brought his food and beverage to him at the same time. It is distasteful that to get the wifi password I had to hand them my personal device. I thought I would have an excellent experience but it was quite the opposite. I am a cafe person so I know great service and food, this wasn't it poor service from the start. I have never had to pick up my food at a top notch Cafe. When I'm spending my money I expect better service. Hopefully it changes. The atmosphere is relaxing however and a good place to get work done if they fix the wifi situation.

Tried out their new location at Red Hills Road - the food was tasty and its presentation was on point… but one order got a bit mixed up (asked for a jerk burger with no onions…and it was served with onions; egg order was late on the burger, etc). Staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The business centre is still under construction but the place was well set up and spotless (clean)!!! Prices are affordable per person. Drinks options are inviting! Free Wi-Fi available upon request. Google search says they close at 7pm but when we got there at 4:15pm we were informed that the kitchen closes at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm.
