::If I could more than five stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Reeves, no matter what age or the services you're seeking. As a child, I would be fearful of going to the dentist because she ALWAYS drew blood no matter the procedure. With Dr. Reeves, I've NEVER felt any pain, nor have I ever seen a drop of blood. I didn't know going to the dentist could be such an easy & painless process until I met Dr. Reeves. He takes his time with carrying out the dental procedure, explains what he's doing every step of the way, and talks with you to make sure you're feeling comfortable with the end result. The office is extremely professional and pleasant too. They always call to confirm appointments with enough buffer time in case you need to reschedule. There has never been a time when I go and have had to wait. Dr. Reeves' office has broken the old-Jamaican way of having to sit and wait after making an appointment! Excellent!!! Additionally, the office will also call after you complete any procedure to check in and see that all is well with you. I truly appreciate that. Dr. Reeves himself will also check in with you personally and makes himself available even outside of working hours to communicate with you about any dental issues. I can honestly say Dr. Reeves is THE best dentist I've ever known. I'm so happy that my young son's first dentist visit was with Dr. Reeves. My son enjoyed it thoroughly and still speaks about it many months later. Kudos to Dr. Reeves and the support staff. Quality dental care + excellent customer service!!
