::It states on the website that you can make appointments online. So I made an appointment online and I even recived a reminder the day before my appointment. Once I come to the clinic they say "we don't take appointments, it's first come first serve". I don't understand why have a elaborate system which enables you to make appointment, decide Dr., time and date, to then have to come in to sit and wait? It's ridiculous, I will find another clinic where they actually take appointments instead of wasting people's time.

::I would recommend this facility to just about anybody! The entire staff here is warm and welcoming and extremely, extremely helpful. You'll get the best service here. I just love the team at Royale Medical Centre.

::This place is the standard that public hospitals should aspire to be. The environment is comfortable, fresh and clean, nurses are attentive and caring especially nurse Russel, the doctors are excellent, the food tastes great and the auxillary staff are absolutely wonderful. At first I missed home but later on I didn't want to leave the hospital lol. I would recommend this place to anyone.

::My experiences at this place has been like the it's name: Royal. Doctors, nurses and staff are very professional and exceptional. I had my second child there and it was totally different experience from when I hade my first child(public hospital); enjoyable I dare say. To me the best medical center.
