  I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to open a savings account with Sagicor Bank today. Despite speaking with two customer service representatives and a supervisor, all of whom acknowledged a significant flaw in their character reference process, the issue remained unresolved. This level of inconvenience and lack of effective problem-solving has left me deeply frustrated. I strongly advise against using this bank and would definitely not recommend it to anyone, given the severity of my disappointment.
