  Maybe a couple years ago he was the best, but as of recent, things went down hill. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Dr Ryan was cheeky, presumptuous and unethical, I would never recommend anyone to experience this nightmare. I had to go to a whole other dentist to undo and fix the mess he did after spending so much money. Another thing that turned me off was the mere fact that you pay before receiving the service and I understand that sometimes you have to do that these days but I had to remind him what I wanted done, only for him to tell me I don’t have to after paying and then tried doing it and made a mess. Oh and he doesn’t like health insurance or takes them on a Saturday. I’m not sure what’s going on with him but if a break is needed, please take it. It’s giving patty shop, it’s giving unprofessional and the list goes on.

  Absolute worst dentist, I've ever been to. Customer service is awful. Dr. Wilson himself is also an overall awful dentist, from character to professionalism HE IS NOT READY. I went there December 12, 2023 to get a wisdom tooth extracted. Everyone knows getting a tooth extracted is oftentimes not the best experience however this dentist Dr. Ryan Wilson definitely added to the nightmare of an experience. I've never met a Dentist so unprofessional, so unsympathetic and awful. Imagine bleeding profusely from the mouth because you're in the middle of a surgery (wisdom teeth extraction) and this man Dr. Ryan Wilson is going to tell me to get up and go to the bathroom and cool off ALL BECAUSE I was making small grunts sounds, and I was squinting up my brows. I don't know if he expects his patients to be all happy and jolly during a procedure like that and if that's what he expects this line of work is definitely not for him. I would not want anyone to experience the emotional trauma I had to endure going to Smile Specialist Dentistry. Trying to explain any form of discomfort to this man is also a waste of time because he's going to conjure up what he wants to tell you that you're feeling just like what any self-centered unsympathetic doctor would do. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. Save your self the time, energy, money and most importantly the unnecessary emotional trauma. I rate this place -0/10

  An excellent experience from start to finish. I nervously went in for a long avoided tooth extraction expecting the worse but was pleasantly surprised at how painless, quick and informative the process was. Dr. Wilson and his assistant expended no small amount of effort to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the process and I have been singing their praises since. If you have any fears about visiting a dentist, do not hesitate to visit Smile Specialist Dentistry.

  Honestly, the best experience at a Dentist ever in my life. I experienced Zero pain and no discomfort which was a first for a dentist visit. Moisturizer was even applied to my lips to prevent it from drying out which has been a problem elsewhere all the time. I've never seen that before. Not to mention my procedure was done properly and my teeth feel great. Personalized music put on for you..and the list continues. I've found a permanent family Dentist.

  This is the best dental office I've ever been to, in all my years. The best doctor to take care of your dental issues. He is diligent and educating. He ensures his customers are comfortable. You should try Smiles Specialist Dentistry!
