  So I visited the clinic Nov 2023 for IUD and was given an appointment date for March 2024. I was instructed by the nurse to call and confirm appointment before coming to see if any earlier slots became available. I called Barnett Clinic and I’m telling you that the customer service is very poor! Nurses, doctors and teachers especially should be courteous and polite to people because u guys should be nurturers and treat people with love. The lady said,”miss any date the nurse gave u, dat a d date u fi work wid..ok bye” and hung up! Just like that…….i don’t care if u underpaid… if u don’t genuinely love or care for people…..be mindful of the career path u venture in! Some of u so called nurses should go work in the prison Kmt. And so should trust u guys to put a needle in me???? Crazy…….

  Dr Dixon the dermatologist is the best. She treated my mother’s scalp issue and it healed up. She also is treating her for a skin issue now that is showing remarkable improvement after 1 week. Thanks Dr. Dixon.

  The nursing staff is completely unprepared. Zero training, logics, customer service or empathy. On the phone, it is obvious that you are bothering them. They dont know when doctors are in and give you wrong information, sign you up with the wrong doctor, hang the phone up in your face.... when you come in all they can do is eat and chat with each other. And the best is that once you have an appointment at a certain time, they give that time to other 10 people. So when you show up for a PRIVATE visit and pay your good money for it, you still have to wait at least a couple of hours while they check each others weight on the scale for fun. I only go there to see a doctor who is great, but nurses are absolutely terrible.

  I can't believe I'm paying my hard earn money to someone that's more 1 hr late to see. This horrible and the nurse had a terrible attitude no customer was experienced
