  Excellent and tasty food in the right portions. A really great approach to healthy living. But beyond the food, the customer service is the best I have experienced. They are easy to reach via email or phone, consistently send out reminders to ensure you don't miss the weekly order deadline, and then even if you do, they are understanding and go above and beyond to find a solution. You can tell there is a sincere interest in customers' well-being. I highly recommend!

  The food is just delicious! Week after week my food is well prepared and very tasty. I love the weekly meal options available, its good to know I've choices. I look forward every week to order my meals ☺

  Food was tasty enough but meals are not representative of what is on their website, or here on Google. Meals show little understanding of nutritional guidelines, use very little, to no vegetables and make use of calorie restriction by keeping portions small, but often use large ratios of high glycemic index foods (simple carbs: white rice, white flour wraps, pasta, potatoes). Protein portions are also small and in some dishes non existent. Cancellation policies are also restrictive. For clarity I was on the diet plan.

  Weekly delivered food service that is geared towards the healthy conscious or trying to lose weight. Great choice of meals rotated weekly. Consistent presentation and safety precautions with food handling. Highly recommend.

  Healthy chef is consistently good. They make food that somehow tastes good and is good for you. Its convenient and I have tried quite a few of Chef Paul's dishes and they have all been great.
