::The first time dining at the Urge was good(dine in ). The second time (take out) I ordered oxtail it was terrible (they served overnight food seem as if they had the oxtail for days)

::I urge you to try elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the other positive reviews on here that have clearly been left by staff members. This establishment appears to not have menus so the waitress will tell you what is available. When it came to ordering, only 1 serving of chicken was available at 7:30pm, so everyone else had fish in different formats. After 1 hour of waiting, and asking where the food was, it finally arrived over a course 10 minutes. The last person who was waiting for their meal, had to go inside to find out where it was. When it arrived it was incorrect. Rice instead of mashed potato. When pointing this out to the waitress, she claimed she had to go check the order. She came back and asked "do you still want it?" Well clearly it is required, as it was ordered! The brown stew fish I had was over fried and cooked down in what I can only describe as a sauce of syrup. It came with a serving of "vegetables" on the side. The "vegetables" was shredded cabbage, shredded carrots and a quarter pound of sugar - combined. Others had mashed potato. Their serving of "sugar cabbage" was placed on top of the instant mash, and the escovitch fish had swam away from any form of seasoning. Most of us had water and Malta. The bottles were brought to the table. No glass. These had to be requested. A doggy bag was requested for the bones for the pets at home and that is exactly what we got. A plastic bag. Every other place I have ever visited on this planet give you a container. I don't recommend this place. It has huge potential , but is let down by the abysmal "Cook" in the kitchen. The 1 star is for the perfectly chilled water.

::Urge by Tish is a great place to eat and relax. The food is great and affordable. The customer service is lovely, I always check on you to see if you are okay and if you need anything. Urge by Tish is a newly open restaurants. Visit and enjoy.
