  Service very poor!!! Nurses take a really long time to register you … wait time is very long even when the office is not full. This is my second time with the worst experience there. My first experience was when I wanted to do a Covid test there and the nurses had me waiting for over an hour before they told me their systems were down… Second experience was when my husband was not well and went to see the doctor he waited 2 hours before he could even register and had do another long wait before he could see the doctor , but to make matters way worst … the doctor wasn’t even in office and he had to talk to him over the phone!!!! None of this was communicated when he first went there and that is just unacceptable because he went home without even getting examined!!!!

  My first time coming to this place, I went there and asked about the procedure to do an ultrasound, I was told I need a referral which was good. I was told also that one spot is available for monday, I asked the lady if its possible for me to get the available appointment she told me to get the referral from the doctor and call the office with the info. I begged her not to give away the date, she informedme she wont. I went to my doctor and called the office only to hear they are full. After begging the lady to just fit me because am on a short break from work** big turn off for my first visit at this doctors office **

  When you find a medical facility that makes you feel like home especially when your far away from home keep it...... The nurses are amazing especially Nurse Reid she is such a sweetheart, she knows exactly what to say at the right moment to make you feel better 😄. And because I save the best for last to Dr .S. Jones your such an amazing, kind, caring and a very attentive doctor who take the time out to listen to his patients, you gave me hope and made me believe that together we will overcome and that we did 💪🏽 I pray 🙏 God continue to bless you and your staff abundantly and that you'll keep up the awesome job you are doing 👍🏼 Happy holidays from my home to yours 🎄🎊🙌

  A few things. They aren't 24 hours anymore so that needs to be updated. I used my health card here and it was still expensive. The doctor just looked at me and wrote a prescription. That's it. To make matter worse I could not be said prescription because it was over $6000 and here is the kicker. The doctor wasn't in my health card provider's database so it couldn't cover the cost. I just allowed time to pass and recover. Moral of the story? I wasted my time and money going here.
