::Was passing through Mandeville and stayed here for 1 night we got a suite and it would be great if it wasn’t so dusty, dirty and dingy. The fans and nightstands haven’t been cleaned for a while and the tubs were questionable. I showered in my crocs shoes. The AC needs an upgrade or needs to be serviced it was blowing hot dusty air. The pool area has tiles and other debris in the area not very safe. If you’re just passing through the area and need somewhere to stay for a couple hours it’s good. Not for longer stay.

::I stayed overnight for my wedding held at Tropics View. The hospitality was excellent! Breakfast served was delicious. I have no complaints!

::Needs to have elevators at least one some blocks so that wheel chair persons can have access to upper floors

::Excellent customer service, great staff, and authentic Jamaican cuisine. I am returning to this hotel. The lawn was well kept, the environment was perfect and my room was much more than I expected. The highlight of my stay was my birthday celebration. The decor, set-up, and food were excellent. I was completely blown away. Great teamwork! I am recommending this venue to anyone wishing to get married or host an event; Tropic View Hotel is the place to go! I gave them an A+ for their overall customer service and helpfulness. You guys were exceptional, especially management. Thank you all for my beautiful vacation!
