  Worst service ever .. y’all need to close this place …the young man at the door has no service.. the teller has no service.. I will never do back a transaction there again .. I didn’t even get what I needed 👎🏽

  Where do I start. From the security guard customer service to the 4 hour wait and still waiting. Absolutely gobsmacked with slowness. Bring a pack lunch!

  VMBS Santa Cruz doesn’t have a specific closing hours which makes things very inconvenient for it’s customers. Being a first time customer I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service
