::I had a very lovely experience with Empress! She is a wonderful masseuse and an even better guide into all things spiritual. I would highly recommend her! The wellness center is fantastic and I’m rather partial to the green goddess smoothie! Every trip back will find us buying something there!!! So many cool things!! When in treasure beach I urge you to go for a visit, a massage can easily be arranged as well as a spiritual session…it literally has changed my life! Nothing but good tings with Empress!!♥️💯

::Some of the best food, yoga and best vibes in treasure beach! Such a refreshing option while using local cuisine. Seriously try the jerk ackee veggie burger, even the most adamant “burger guy” will love this - My favorite thing to do is take yoga, order food and chill in the cafe area. Really awesome local vibes - you have to go! Not to mention the best spot to get massages and wellness treatments, they will curate a whole experience if you want.

::I love Empress and the folks at Wise Wellness! The yin yoga ($20) was the perfect hip and low back opener session I needed and the yoga studio is a nice combo of structure and fresh air. The team also offers spa services at your location and we loved having them in our space for massages (highly recommend the aromatic massage) and pedicures!

::Ital mama vegan cafe is place for healthy, high quality and delicious food. They have variety of rich smoothies and amazing breakfast options. I had one of the best ginger shots ever and smoothie was exactly what I was hoping to experience in Jamaica (a lot of different ingridiants). We loved our breakfast here, tuna melt and avocado toast! I wish we stayed longer in Treasure beach to enjoy this amazing place few more times!

::There’s a GEM of a place In Treasure Beach called Wise Wellness owed by Ms Empress. My go to place for the total package on health & wellness. The chef, who makes the best homemade French fries EVER, I claim progress over them fries rather than perfection. Ms Empress and her TEAM are an AWESOMELY WONDERFUL asset to the Treasure Beach vibe.
