  We signed on to Wyndham's two year trial program with Benny Yanty telling us that during these two years we would have 20,000 points to use on vacation. We payed $3,129 for this and would make our decision to extend or not after these two years. Unfortunately, my wife, Kristan, got cancer within a few months of us signing this deal and we had to cancel a vacation that we had to Disney, even informing them of the reason we were canceling. There was no problem in canceling as we had done it about a month out. My wife completed her thankfully completed her chemotherapy and double mastectomy, but with them finding more of the tumor in the tissue she was put on 6 more months of chemotherapy pills. My wife then got expanders put in for reconstruction surgery and we were coming up on the end of the two year trial. When we called to schedule our vacation we were told we no longer have any points but still needed to pay our remaining balance (which was at all times kept up to date). We had also been told by Benny that the amount would have no interest and would be the final amount, but this person said interest had been added and they could not see why. Annoying, but whatever, I was more irritated about no points. My wife was connected with Morgan of Owner Resolution who told us that since we had not used our points within the first year that they were taken away. He then went on to say if you want to purchase our full package though we will see what we can do about those points you had lost. When my wife tried to explain the situation to him he became very short with her saying look, if you are not going to buy anything then there is nothing I will do for you. My wife asked to speak with a supervisor and he said, “ This will not be going above me!” after more of his attitude my wife got off the phone and this is where we currently sit. I tell you this so before doing any business with this company you can think. Is this how they will treat you after they already have some of your money? Is a company capable of telling a cancer survivor, oh well, that's not our problem, one you really want to deal with? Also, do you really want to deal with someone who will tell you one thing to sign, then pull this type of stunt (we have read the contract and can not even find this clause in it)? I am currently still in the process of trying to contact a supervisor, but all members are pretty much told apparently to not let anybody speak with a supervisor under any circumstances, just to try to sell more!

  Currently under construction, this hotel won't be expected to be open until 2019 or after. Formerly known as the Wyndham Hotel, it was the primary competition to The Jamaica Pegasus as the primary business hotel in Kingston Jamaica. As the property is now owned by the Hendrickson family, it will join the Pegasus, The Courtleigh Suites and Knutsford Court Hotel as part of their Kingston Hotel portfolio. We look forward to the renovations and what will come with the new venture is opened.

  Excellent facilities for conferences and seminars. Great for the business traveller. Its location in the business hub of New Kingston a plus. Food's not bad.

  The first time I went to this was February 8-10, 2013. There was a snowstorm in Canada which resulted my flight to be cancelled. In general, the service is very good. My favourite is the Green Market. I love how they incorporated food from North America.

  Just recently completed a stay at this hotel . I'm very satisfied with service at this location.. The staff are so welcoming with there warm and friendly smiles. Definitely would stay at this location again . Stay away from the cafe ...the pastries are really good ...lol !!! There is also a full service gym to burn all that extra calories from all the Jamaican goodness ...we love to enjoy ...
