  I have been admitted to the hospital more than once but the experience I got at this hospital is second to none...Baywest Wellness Hospital you've topped the chart. Firstly, their receptionists,I don't know where they got their training but the customer service is excellent...secondly,the nurses,I had to ask my gynecologist where he got his team. After I got admitted it was home away from home....I was having doubts before my surgery but the reassurance that those nurses gave me drove all my worries away. Talk about clean and spacious room and bathroom with ac,well prepared nutritious meals 3-4 times a day,the nurses are at your beck and call...Nurse Samuels,nurse Mattison,nurse Mckenzie,nurse Gonzales,nurse Kerr,nurse Hylton,nurse Bell,Doctor Spencer and Doctor Monroe...God bless you all...I will be paying you all a visit soon 😍

  The health care that gives you best care. Thanks to Dr. Spencer and the team, Nurse Matison you are gem even after your care at the hospital you still do you checks. Not to mention the hospitality. The team is a family. Thanks you for the encouraging words 🙏.

  Came here from the Half Moon resort so my wife could receive treatment. The staff were very professional and respectful and we were seen quickly. Received continuation of care later in the same day, almost immediately, at no additional cost.

  Many of the staff were great during our brief visit, but trying to get a copy of an invoice or a refund on a deposit has been impossible (required a $5000 deposit, but charges were only $1500 in the end). It has now been 5 weeks and I have had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. One person followed up to get me a copy of the invoice. No other follow up on the $3500 though I have called and emailed (calls go unanswered or go to a full mailbox - seems concerning at a "hospital". Update - issue was taken care of last week. Thanks to Jessica!!!
