  They now stock parts for my Subaru!!! I saved $15,000 on the EXACT PART ... BRAND AND EVERYTHING when I bought it at Berts

  I spoke at length with customer service via phone, to help identify proper part needed. Service in store VERY slow. Little to no interest by in store staff to assist properly. Actually given the wrong part, which required me to exchange it....AT ANOTHER LOCATION. Please use the Bert's location on Camp Road instead. Much better customer service.

  Purpose of visit: 3 bottles of oil. Perception: in and out at least 20 minutes Reality: one hour and fifteen minutes "It hurts if you don't check Bert's but when you check them it worst" Annoyed much. Probably they need to assign a delivery person each order station. Just maybe this will maintain some sort of consistency but the willy-nilly delivery not working.

  Practically anything you need in automotive can be had at Berts. Reasonably priced and range in genuine and non genuine. Professional staff and service oriented. One should be able to find a location near to them.
