  I like this bank out of all the ones in the area it's most convenient and I get in and out. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable in the currency exchange rate and I feel completely safe using the ATMs.

  Very inefficient.. Have us in long lines standing outside for over three hours.. No seat.. No water.. No communication from staff.. Lacking in customer service

  Friendly yet professional and courteous staff. Quicker service than most banks regardless of the crowd.

  Courteous staff and service. However depending on the time of the day and what service you require, that will determine your wait time. Approximately 30 minutes to an hour

  Bank can't access my account using my convenience card. How convenient. They have to go into paper archives to pull my file. Not sure why they have computers especially since they just did a major system upgrade about a month ago. Clearly they are not making good use of their electronic system if they can only work with paper files. Now I have to sit and wait for them to dredge up 20 year old paperwork. Sigh. Avoid first Caribbean international bank if you can avoid it. Their fees are astronomical and service is terrible.
