::The customer service is not great. The wait to even talk to someone or ask a question is excruciatingly long. If you need to do something at the customer service desk, expect to spend the entire day at the bank.

::Listen mon...I stood in the line from 730a-9a....got in and I did not out until 630p...I saw workers arrive...clock out fi lunch... an leave for the day...so essentially I did a whole shift with them...just to reopen an bank account!!! I'm neeeever letting my account close again.

::Customer service at location is painfully slow..taking up to 2hrs or more to talk to a representative. How can 3 customer service representative make any sense for a bank this size and they take upwards of 30min to 1 hr to finish one customer. Update... where can I put a negative star. You ridiculously need to be outside and wait 4hrs last I was there, just to go in the bank and then get a seat and wait again just to speak to a representative and there was only 2 customer service rep working...with several empty cubicle, I guess they are there for show. No chairs outside so you have to stand. At this point in branch customer service for opening and accounts inquiry. Should be discontinued...the process is grossly inefficient at this branch at least.

::Horrible wait time! I went for a card replacement that took less than 10mins at the desk. I got there 8:00am didn't leave until 12:30pm. And another time only 2/7 tellers were assisting at the desk . I waited for 2.5 hours outside, 1.25 hour inside and 6 mins at the desk. Security allowed people to skip the line while others waited outside in frustration and anger. Horrible !Just Horrible!

::I've been here for over 2 hours and others who came before me have long gone. They make you take a number but it's a joke because they don't provide service in number order. They only process short transactions first. What a joke. So customers are penalized for having" long" transactions by being made to stay late. Like detention. Then we spend hours looking at a sign that says open your new account in minutes. But apparently the machines aren't working. Interesting that the sign doesn't specify HOW MANY minutes. Thousands? Millions of minutes. Very misleading and frustrating. Worse business processes, time consuming, ineffective. They really need to revamp their businesses. All this technology and we have to wait longer than ever. The irony.
