::I am so disgusted by the customer service reps at this location. I called several times an the CSR pretended not to hear me. then, i called some more and they transferred the call the lady on the other end did not realise i was on the call and hung up the phone, after asking (not me) if is Melissa? I would not recommend this bank to no one. I have made payments to my credit card from October 31,2021 and up to today (november 03,2021) my account has not been updated. I am so turned off by the service. If I could say no stars that would be the option i chose.
