::I didn't have a long wait to deposit my cheque and the customer service is always great. You can open bank accounts, make investments, buy and sell stocks, insure vehicles and trade in foreign currencies. JMMB always has the customers' interests at heart.

::Customer service is great most of the time from you enter the door. Only have one male customer rep so far that started our friendly but now sometimes has a not so friendly attitude. I just avoid him when doing business there now. It does take a long time to accomplish certain things but that's the price you pay sometimes when you have friendly reps. I really like the returns on my investment after being with NCB and Scotia for such a long time.
