However, it's still important for JMMB to improve support for customers who may struggle with or are unable to use new technology, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all clients.

::The most frustrating and ancient banking policies you will ever experience. This bank put a hold on the account because the incorrect pin was used. After holding for a card services rep for NO LESS than 30 minutes, the rep came on the phone, states she needs to ask 6 verification questions, got them answered and then said; thanks for answering the verification questions but you entered the incorrect pin and need to go into the bank to release the hold on your card, there's no other way to do it. They are completely useless!!! What was the point in calling and answering verification questions, only to go to the bank? They have ZERO concept of 'online banking' and it's a shame, especially in 2023.
