  Stayed at this hotel for four days. Had an Amazing time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. In the dining area Antonie was kind and helpful and pleasant. If you need transportation ask for Dr. Watson he was the best part of the trip his van was clean, he was friendly, rates were reasonable, and his personality superced all expectations. Thank you Courtleigh I will be back

  I've had to visit this hotel on several occassions and each time ive found the staff there to be really nice and very helpful. Its an overall pretty good looking hotel, not huge but ample. Great if you're coming for a business trip.

  Service at this Hotel is truly outstanding. The staff is courteous, warm and ready to serve with a smile. The meal prices was reasonable and it tasted really good. Presentation is wonderful. Ask the Bartender (C.J) for his best cocktail and you will not be disappointed. He know just what to blend for you. I will be back the next time I am in the New Kingston area.

  The hotel was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the staff were very helpful. I liked the buffet breakfast, and the food in the hotel restaurant, Alexander, looked good. The facilities were fine, there is an on-site laundry room, and a nice gym. Parking is easy in the hotel car park. My room had a separate living room, and a desk for working. It was comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The hotel is close to Emancipation Park which has a good 500m walking/jogging track, and security at night. There are plenty of low end places to eat nearby, but you have to travel a bit for something higher end.
