  Beautiful property and amazing staff! The food and drinks were outstanding. The staff made me feel at home, and was even accommodating to my early arrival. The resort is conveniently located near the airport and a local beach. Staff helped arrange transport to and from the resort and with booking excursions. Although I visited solo, I highly recommended for couples and families.

  The only thing good about this stay was the food and serving staff. We stayed in the building with 2 beds. From the lobby to our room screamed old, poorly maintained hotel.The floors were stripping. Furniture, stopping. The paint job was bad; new paint over old, unstripped paint. The furniture in the room is old. The bathroom door couldn’t close as it was swollen. My friends said the same about their rooms. Some rooms didn’t have phones. When my friends asked why they did not have a phone, they were told that none of the rooms have phones. Upon departure, I asked and was told that they are working on the phone lines. That answer was better than the first. I visit Jamaica all the time and hands down the worse. No ocean front view; maybe an ocean view, if u are high enough.

  The email communication from reservation was very slow. I called several times to confirm payment but was told they did not receive an update from accounts even though I paid in advance and would have given sufficient time. I felt as if I was begging for information just to confirm my booking. Not sure if that was because I am a local. sigh. The location is good as it on the hip strip and across the most beautiful beach I've ever been to. The staff was ok. I hated our room I was not able to see anything except the back of another room, felt as if I was underground. The food was very poor, quality and taste...seems as if the cheapest of the cheapest was bought. very limited options. while I like the location I would not stay there again. sorry.

  My niece & I spent a week here. You can tell it's an older hotel but we were very happy with how clean it was. The staff was always very pleasant and they kept the place clean. This was my first time out if the US on the streets I felt bombarded but I just said no thanks. I know they are just trying to feed their families. The food at the resort was not all stuff I would normally eat however I was in a different Country. I feel they had a fine spread 3 meals a day and I tried some new foods. Some I liked some not so much. My only complaint was that no one told us to check out the entertainment board. We found it our last day. Was disappointed that we missed a lot of things we would've enjoyed. Overall we was very happy with our stay.
