::I'm currently experiencing an account related issue with first global bank relating to my money and all they're doing is giving me the run around. Serious lack of communication among the branches and it's getting annoying because I'm sure any other bank would deal with it more effectively.

::They don’t have enough atm, depositing money is always an issue, they don’t answer the phone, they have a call back option and they never call you back. Also went here before and they told me that they couldn’t help and I should go to the branch I opened with. I just wanted to activate my card.

::I've been trying to get a toll free number to call from Canada I have spoken with two representatives. The first one, a lady, confirmed I was calling on aToll Free Number, put me on hold and never returned to the call The second representative, Chris, told me that number was not Toll Free and gave me another number. When I called I got a Medical Alert Co in Canada I'm still trying to speak with a Representative

::Over all service not good. To open an account that's good, as a matter of fact gaining clients service will be good. Having an issue however that's another case. It's ridiculous to tell the truth. It takes a very long time for issues to be resolved. FGB is the place to take you around in circles. After having issues three times the same had been my experience. Now am currently having an issue from July 25 2018 and it's now December and all and hearing is "our technical team is investigating. Mark you, when the issue occur and I called customer care the agent was able to tell me what was happen even caused me to be seriously concerned but I followed all instructions yet 4 months after the issue still continues.

::The customer service has been the best of all the banks I have been to. It took less than 50 minutes to open an account. In Jamaica it can take up to 3 hours in most which is the heights of craziness. They are truly ONLINE as well as small enough for more personal service. I really like them.
