  When I get there and checked in I wait in the lobby for 10 before someone took me to my room but the staff was very kind n friendly the front desk she was a nice lady overall I enjoyed my stay

  The manager and the front desk staff were rude. Even though we arrived at 6:00pm and did the checking, we were not allowed into our room. After asking several times for the key and the room number, I was told to sit and wait on the lobby, and eventually, someone would show me to my room. I asked for the manager, and she came out of her office with attitude. She was rude and obnoxious and that the room was ready, but I had to wait because I had to be taken to the room by someone from the staff, who already had the key. When we finally git to our room, all the windows were openned and the sink of marijuana was bad. We asked to be changed and were that it was the only room available. They send someone with cleaning products at 8:30pm to "clean" the room for the smell. We said no, we just wanted to go to sleep. Dissapointing experience. The rest of the staff and the food was good.

  Service was excellent, food delicious, staff courteous and professional, manager shot, premises clean . Hats off to you guys can't wait to come back.keeo up the good work. If I had money I would definitely live in this hotel. See u soon

  Had my birthday party there on 3/26/22. The food was served cold, the food wasn't enough for 60 people I paid for. The roof top needs proper lighting, it was very dark. Overall I was not happy with the service i received. I thought with the reconstruction of this hotel, the service would be spectacular, but I was most disappointed.

  The staff here are incredibly courteous. We only stayed for one evening as we were passing through to a resort. We had an incredible sleep. Very spacious and comfortable and clean. They are currently under some renovations (as it's one of the older hotels, but I perceive this as positive improvement as they are ensuring they stay up to date and modern).
