  service is atrocious. they'll have your mail there for months yet they'll tell you to your face that there's no mail for you. my mom was supposed to fill out an important form for something I won't mention here, and ended up missing the deadline because she didn't get the form on time. All that time the form was there but she kept getting told that it wasn't there. This is just total slackness. Sick. Disgusting. Diabolical

  This Post Office have a poor customer service and not willingly to help. The brown lady specially behaves as if you are begging her to do her job. Someone using your Post Office for the first time and did not include all the requirements in her delivery address because other Post Office does not require all that information. They were not willingly help and go above and beyond. Only thing she sat there like she is posing for the camera. Poor Customer Service.

  Gregory Park post office staff need training, they do not know how to deal with customer. Them need fi work inna field fi tie out hog and goat. They wrote up a receipt for us to pay for a parcel and the gct is the same amount as the total for the goods, when we point it out they refuse to correct the problem and said that is what we have to pay. I need to know who teaches them maths

  A medium size post office that offers a lot of service to the Gregory Park community such as bill payment and money transfer. A good enough parking space is available. I visited one time after plenty rain fell in the week and the front of the parking area was flooded but there was a walkway for those who walk that wasn't affected by the flooding. Customer service was good when I visited.

  First time there wasn't bad, but the second time u tried to send a package one of the reps told me i couldn't send the type of package through the post etc however I went to the one down town kingston n they very helpful there. I think the problem was the the place was crowded n she just didn't want to spend time explaining what needed to be done which was nothing much
