::The pesons working in Customer Service are lacking proper customer service skills. The representative take over 1 hour to deal with each individual. I had to sit with my toddler for over 4 hours just to open a bank account. Anytime you are going to the location just know that it will take you an entire day. Wish there was an option for 0 star.

::Even after setting an appointment in advance, they will still have you waiting until everyone gets through. What's the point of the appointment system then? The reps speak to you by rolling their eyes and with attitude, as if you're really bothering them. CRAZY!

::I was working with JNB since 7/22. We are from the US and we got all the forms they requested online to come here and open a account. We had a appointment and when we got to start the process the lady told us we needed one or two other items not on the original request. She told us we need to get the items needed. Told her that we would need to go back to the US to get the forms🤨. Told her just give the the forms that I gave you and nor we rate JNB as a place NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Extremely poor service.

::I'm deeply dissatisfied with the customer service at this branch. The employees are courteous yes, however, it should not be taking 1 hour to serve a single customer. On top of that there are multiple teller counters, but most days only one or two are used. Unacceptable.

::I am very dissatisfied with the service this bank offers. As a customer of this bank for over 15 years, i am ashamed to be listed a member of this institution. Here is why: I went to the bank in Montego Bay, the location close to the KFC, approximately 11: 00am. I am guessing about 18 persons were before me in the line. If my memory serves me well there were about 4 tellers working and 3 empty service stations. One teller took on average 20 minutes to serve a client. I waited in the bank to do a withdrawal from an account i cannot access at the ATM. Minimum 2 hours. At this point I started getting upset i asked for a manager but but one came to speak with me, so i waited another 30 minutes before i lost it in the bank. How can someone spend 2.5 hours waiting in a bank line to be attended to? This isn't only disrespectful but shows the bank does not appreciates my time as a client. I would never recommend anyone to bring their business to such an institution who doesn't care about how long a customer spends in line waiting. The sickening part about it is i went to a location in Portland and it was the same thing. I waited atleast 1.5 hours just to be tended to. This is complete slackness and inappropriate business mannerism. The bank manager, tellers and supervisors need to all take a course in customer service, performance and productivity. This review probably won't go anywhere because after all its Jamaica, they have no customer service skills or manners.
