::Most horrible experience. They make you stand outside for hours before letting you in to sit. Then you jave to waite several more hours. Shitc service. I will close my my accounts with them and take out all my money. With scotiabank at least you can sit. Imagine the old lady in front and security won't even offer a seat. Ridiculous.

::If I can give NO stars I would. Went to the bank to get two things accomplished. Wasted a whole day waiting and got nothing done. Mr. Norman standing outside the bank providing customer service needs training on quality customer services and to be competent on policy and procedures. First, was told the bank is not opening accounts and advise to return the next day. What bank does not open accounts everyday? That should be top priority. Secondly, after telling Mr. Norman of the other agenda he instructed me into the bank and I was told to wait until my name was called. After waiting for over three hours only to check on the status of when I would be called upon I was told I need certain documents as I live overseas. A lady sitting next to me also had a similar experience she waited for hours only to be told she needed her mother to accomplish what she wanted done. Why wasn’t this information provided by Mr. Norman outside before he instructed us into the bank to waste time and waited for hours. I would assume this is why Mr. Norman is standing outside the bank to provide proper information as to reduce the traffic in the bank and to avoid people wasting their time to wait and not get anything accomplished. Also while sitting in a crowded lobby I noticed that the workers work with no sense of urgency. Take hours to work with one customer before moving to the next.

::If I could I would put no stars at all. A pregnant woman shows up however appointment is tomorrow. The security was so courteous and kind however the customer service rep is a disaster himself. He doesn't listen, no compassion (how can u ask a pregnant woman to stand and wait on almost 20 persons) he's so very good at rebuttals I think he's in the wrong profession

::One of the worse experience I had with a bank. The bank opens at 8:30am. People have been sitting outside the bank from 5:30-6:00am. When they opened the bank, the security and the other person checking documents are not aware of the requirements and are misinforming the people. They have no coordination with the lines. There were people who came at last minute and got assistance before those that were already there early. Both security and the other person was rude. Very ignorant, and were yelling at the people. I just wanted to reopen my account to access my money since I have been out of the country and they were giving me the run around. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. There is a lot more I have to say about this bank, but, I will leave them to sink. Worse bank ever!!!!
