  Customer service is very poor I forgot my pin had my card in hand and told the girl at the front desk I had workers to pay but I've forgotten my pin I made two tries so I went in she said bluntly that I had to pay to replace my card because I had forgotten my pin I had no money on me at the time to pay for the replacement I was very uncomfortable so I stepped out I'm just gonna pull my two dollas out and leave

  Very long waiting hours bad customer service

  I was in a line outside in the sun all day only to get inside and have to wait a couple more hours. Customer service is good but incredible slow because the workers are taking their sweet time to please themselves first
