  Horrible customer experience ~ Waited in the line outside for 2 hrs ON MY ONLY DAY OFF and couldn't get what I needed done. Got told to come back another day.

  Security in the park helpful Security inside the back gave proper directions Environment cool and friendly....short waiting time ....drive thru very accommodating

  I checked online for the opening hours before visiting the May Pen Branch. The closing time said 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. When I got the branch before 4 they were already closed and the security guard at the door said they close at 3 pm. The sign on the door also said closing time on Fridays is 4 p.m. Sagicor Bank, please update your information regarding your hours of operation, this was very misleading and inconvenient and resulted in the waste of my resources.
