::Need more staff. Systems are slow with frequent downtime. Wait time is long. Takes forever to have a restriction and dormancy removed from an account. No privacy at customer service counters. Anyone seated next to you can hear your info being given to rep. No ground floor bathroom for customers

::Jamaica National is a great bank since I started doing business with them in 2018, and it hasn't changed for me. I enjoy the service and atmosphere when I do visit the branch. My tele banking is always great likewise my online banking... loads of love for JN

::There’s only two personnel working at counter B and they both drag their feet. They constantly have to run all the way to the back for documents that they use to do their work which wastes time. Overall employees here don’t work well with time management. I FEEL LIKE THE TERM TIME IS MONEY SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED BY ALL BANKS BUT THIS BANK DOES NOT FOLLOW. THE BANK AND ITS EMPLOYEES GET 1/2 of star from me

::The cashiers are extremely slow, I had to wait 3+hrs to withdraw money from my Sterling account. Having ppl queuing outside is disgusting. Where is the customer care. That’s putting customers last. Rain or shine ppl queuing outside. This is a perfect opportunity to be targeted by thieves. The experience was disappointing and disgusting. How can a bank have customers queuing outside.
