::Took document to the bank and registered it with them. Upon my return to conduct business with the important document as part of the process I learn that they have misplaced the document and have no record of its existence. Perfect timing in Jamaican banking for 2022 & 2023!

::The kiosk (deposit) at the location has not been working for months and it's a real inconvenience. The branch has only 2 tellers and so the wait time is long! Fixing the kiosk would make a HIGH difference!!
