  4 stars because of my positive, friendly, welcoming and informative interaction with Oshane from the mortgage department. I had to take a star away because of how off putting the security was.

  Second time at this branch in a week, despite complaining to manager about the 2 teller situation on the 1st visit the same 2 tellers on second visit. It is not adequate and takes close to 2 hours to complete a basic transaction. Very poor customer service.
