::Customer service at its best. Big up that girl Oniesha. Don't know if it's the correct spelling. Her smile, her patience, her customer service was top tier As a first time visitor, once she is there I will go back. Big the manager, the chef. Awesome

::You know you've made a mistake when you walk into a restaurant on a Saturday night at around 8:00/8:30pm and the place is almost empty. Apart from a table of around eight or so persons who had come for a birthday celebration, literally only about two maybe three other tables in this auditorium sized dining area were occupied and about four persons at the bar. In summary, the place is dingy and the food is average. What was worse is that, despite the place being practically empty, we waited almost an hour and a half (not exaggerating) just for two appetizer meals - fish tenders and wings - neither of which takes any time to prepare. The "Fresh Market Vegetables" side dish is nothing more than a small bowl of "raw veg" - exactly like what you would get from a roadside cook shop - except that this small bowl of average "raw veg" cost all of $700. However, the real reason I am writing this review is because, when I complained to the manager about being required to pay the 10% service charge to the kitchen since the kitchen service was so terribly poor, the manager was entirely unapologetic. And since his attitude was not right I indicated to him that I wasn't coming back. Without missing a beat this owner quickly responded with a very arrogant, " Well, that is your choice". My waitress was a star and I made sure to take care of her because none of the poor kitchen service was her fault in any way. She was embarrassed by the poor service and was very apologetic throughout the whole time we were waiting. However, since this restaurant owner apparently does not appreciate the few customers who make a CHOICE to patronize his restaurant and since this unapologetic restaurant owner apparently has no problem CHOOSING to be dismissive toward customers who complain about the restaurant's poor kitchen service, then I have CHOSEN to write this review and I, as this arrogant restaurant owner CHOSE to make it very clear to me, will make it my CHOICE to always patronize a different restaurant whenever I am passing through Old Harbour.

::The food was good. I got the pumpkin steamed fish with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I give the overall experience a 3 ⭐ because I tried the got the conch soup and it was not to my liking. If you are ever in the area you can definitely stop here so some food and their price is not bad
