::Went to the restaurant at 7 and was still in the line waiting to order at 8. The cashier keeps letting familiar customers skip the line. Received food 5 minutes after ordering which was hot so that's a plus. Fast food is suppose to be fast. This isn't fine dining

::I spent over 2 hours in kfc Spanish Town bus park side but it was worth it. The chicken was great, i bought 2 meal and 1 big deal, although I waited that long in the line and to get the orders. The place was so packed but the workers worked fast to push out the orders.

::The service was extremely poor. Persons who did not joined the line were being cashed and served by one of two cashiers working. While customers in the line waited for over an hour just to place their order. Then the cashiers stopped working to allow for the checking off of the cash by the supervisor. All of this happened while in the building was packed with customers. This shows that indiscipline in our society is encouraged and rewarded and will not end anytime soon.
