::The dining area was very untidy. We ask if someone could get the tables wipe since all were dirty and they cashier pointed us to the cleaning jar on to of the garbage bin to go and wipe the table ourselves.

::Cashier line was long. She worked slowly. Before she even finish cashing the server already packed the food. Then I had to wait like a good 5-10 minutes for the person serving the drinks and giving the food. Improvements need to be made on cashiers and the persons who give the food.

::My server was courteous. The food was hot. I did enjoy the fries but the chicken is definitely lacking. It's just crispy and oily. I really wanted to enjoy it but I just couldn't taste much seasoning and I took the spicy so that was disappointing. I know it's not an off day because the chicken is generally like this each time I buy it which is seldom. Add more spices back and I guarantee you will give KFC a big fight.

::Lord, shall I speak about slow and poor customer service experience? I guess it's now an acceptable standard of service in fast food restaurants.... The food was salty. Qualityof food has decreased drastically... not what I am used from Popeyes. They have great deals in terms of cost but what's the real trade off?

::Max Box Classic is all I will say and add a Sweet Heat Sauce or the sauce of your preference. I go here too often and order this- I need to take a break. The meal is good and filling thou I prefer saucey food. Customer service is good, cashier cashed the incorrect parts once however they correct that without a fuss so definitely worth the 5 stars.
