  This branch has applied a quota system to customer service, in that they only accept a set number of customers per day. If you don't know this and aren't at the bank at opening or even earlier to get on said quota, you'll be turned back at the door

  awful service, they quota the amount of people they accept per day and once that ticket amount is given out no one else will be accepted. So you not knowing this go to said branch only to be turned back by security saying the quota has been given for the day. This is a Branch policy.

  Worst bank on the island no customer service calling for weeks and no one answered
