  customer service was “ok”, I came one day and spent almost four hours and had to leave. When I finally came back I took forever just to get through, I would definitely recommend that if you have any business with NCB don’t visit the three miles/Hagley Park branch

  I’m very disappointed in NCB poor choice of management selection. Not by any means saying that all mangers in the institution is bad because I didn’t have an experience with all but one in particular, Ms. Campbell at the three mile branch who refuse to give her full name after providing the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The so call manager was very disrespectful and uneducated. She rolled her eyes the entire time she was talking to me and was unable to answer basic questions related to my $203,000.00 which they have been holding for over a week. Ms Campbell refuse to help me and reduce my effort as a customer after explains to her that I’ve been coming and calling for over a week. I’ve been here since 8:30AM which at the time was after 2PM. The customer service rep that I spoke with in branch treated me much better than the “manager”. I’m a very unhappy customer and will be closing my account the moment I get my money. This would be the Second time closing my account with NCB due to poor customer service. - Terry-Ann H

  I usually have a straight forward interaction. No issues I can think of.

  Agents are slow and even when there are a not a lot of persons in lines, it eventually ends up to be long lines.Agents are leisurely and some times only one person is working for several minutes

  You try to call all the numbers provided for the Hagley Park Road branch and they are all no longer in service. You try to use the main switch board for the company to contact them and not even that is answered. Service were sloppy in comparison to the New Kingston and Matilda's Corner branch
