::Visiting Neita's Nest was an absolute delight. The rooms were tastefully decorated and furnished. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery while eating breakfast and using authentic Jamaican products. Our host, Michelle, was amazing. She made us feel at home, and I felt sad when I had to go. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

::We arrived at Neita’s nest after cancelling our hostel accommodation. Michelle (the owner) responded to our request to stay immediately and even arranged for a taxi (with Lester - who is an excellent guide) to pick us up. Within 15 minutes we were on our way to Neita’s and it was the best decision we made! The place is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are light and airy with amazing views overlooking Kingston from the hills. Michelle checked us in and we jumped straight into a taxi to explore the town (with Lester who happily waited for us). Lester was flexible and picked and dropped us off at different places. The evening at Neita’s was great - Michelle provides everything we could need and offered us tea before bed. Dressing gowns, towels, fresh water - it was so lovely. The guide book says it is further out but this really isn’t an issue - it is marginally further but so worth it for the views and experience. We can’t recommend Neita’s enough. It is excellent value and the place is just so stunning. The breakfast was delicious - coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruit, bread and eggs. If you are going to Kingston, even just for the day, this is where you should stay! Do not be put off by it being out of the city (it is super easy to navigate Kingston from the hills with a taxi) - it only adds to the experience of Kingston by its breathtaking views. Thanks Michelle for being an excellent host and making us feel so welcome 😊😊

::Michelle is the best host you can possibly imagine! I can just reiterate that the breakfast you will get is most likely one of the best Jamaican food you will receive on your trip and it’s something different every day (we stayed 6 nights)! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, bathroom is accross the floor but very spacious. The road can be a little noisy but we slept without problems (with earplugs). You will get integrated into the family easily! I can also recommend the quality of the offered massage. Michelle can connect you with very reasonably priced drivers but we found it actually easy to commute most of the time with the bus (Kingston Bus System is integrated into Google Maps, so you can follow via GPs) and walk up the hill through a very nice neighborhood (20min) - it‘s a good exercise and you can see the beautiful sunsets over Kingston! Made our Christmas in Kingston very enjoyable!

::A lovely stay here and made to feel very welcome by Michelle. My only regret was that I was on a short business trip so couldn't enjoy the place and surroundings as much as I would have liked. This is a place to slow down, relax and enjoy the food, ambience and view!

::A hidden gem and Michelle the owner operator leaves no stone unturned to make sure you are comfortable in Kingston Jamaica. I normally stay in MoBay for work, this time had to spend a 2 nights in Kingston beginning of May. I arrived late , had some difficulty finding the place at night. Michelle kept communicating with me until I reached the gates.Rooms are comfortable, clean and cool (no airco).Breakfast is tasty. Simplicity is the essence of beauty, Neita's Nest is exactly it. Simple people beautiful place. I will certainly go back next time I have to overnight in Kingston. Jack SHIVLANI
