  I have sent money through Western Union and Moneygram on more than one occasion w/o issues to my family from Atlanta, GA, USA. today I called Pow Pow twice to check why money was not released to my recipient and twice the female representative hang up the phone one me. If the transaction is not complete, I will be reporting them to the HQ.
