  Expensive but incredible resort. The drive to get to the resort is over an hour and a half, which is a little difficult when you've been traveling all day. The resort is so gorgeous. We love love love the peacocks and the beautiful animals. The photos they sell you are $20 a piece. Total money grab. I'd advise not to have them take photos of you. We ended up spending 140$ on only 7 photos! Total waste of money :/

  Compared to the price we paid for our resort, we had high expectations. I was disappointed when I told my butler and sandals rep that we wanted halal food. They didn't have it ready for us the first day and were only getting it ready after half the second day. There was a lot of back and forth. The activity sheet the butler gave us was not accurate. We would go to the activity listed at the location at the time listed, and then there would be no activity there. I expected the butler to give us more accurate information. Overall, we had a good time. There was good food, activities, and people were nice. We just expected it to be even better because its a luxury resort with such high prices. I am not sure if I would return.

  The South Coast Sandals is great on all accounts except for the restaurants. It is always hard to get reservations at a Sandals restaurant but when they close 3 of them then it makes even harder. Getting coffee in the morning or breakfast was hard since the earliest the buffet opened was 7:30 and coffee not available all over like you can find at other resorts. Getting to any event or to leave by 8 was hard since the breakfast place was inundated with people all waiting to eat. The service all over the resort was great and may be the best at any of the Sandals resorts.

  My recent stay at Sandals South Coast Resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, I must commend the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were not only met but exceeded. Whether it was the friendly greetings from the concierge, the attentive service at the restaurants, or the prompt response from housekeeping, every interaction left me feeling valued and cared for. The property itself was a paradise unlike any other. The resort offered breathtaking views at every turn. From the lush tropical gardens to the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, every aspect of the property was meticulously maintained, creating a serene and tranquil environment that was perfect for relaxation. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the design, from the luxurious bedding to the state-of-the-art technology. Overall, my time at Sandals South Coast Resort was nothing short of magical. From the amazing service to the stunning property and unforgettable dining experiences, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough and cannot wait to return for another fantastic getaway.

  We loved our stay here. The rooms were nice, the food was pretty good, not exceptional but good. The views are nice, the beaches are good. The pool was great. What stood out the most to me was the service. They were all exceptional! They all were genuinely happy and pleasant Pele and went out of the way to treat you great. It didn't feel forced at all it was very nice, and we loved talking with the people at the resort. It is a bit expensive as compared to other resorts I've been to, but it does include diving, which was great for us. But again, where they excel is the customer service. I would consider using them again but for the price there's other places I would go first, like Europe.
