  The services are extremely slow. Spent 4+ hours to open an account I have already signed up online for. Management should find ways to improve. Whether it is to educate persons on how to use online banking & ATM, fix infrastructure or hire more persons. This is ridiculous!

  The numbered queue doesn't seem to work. Persons will come in after you and is served before you. The waiting period is no less than 2 hours....to do a simple transaction. On the bright side, the tellers are very courteous and helpful, so no matter how mad you get waiting, it vanishes with the service.

  Generally good customer service. You can expect long waiting times though as there is usually a lot of customers. There best thing to do is to arrive early in the morning just before opening and you will get through pretty quickly. The staff members are really well trained and knowledgeable on all worries you might have.

  The same fairly high scotia standard you get all over Jamaica. I must mention the excellent parking
