  My experience was great. Would definitely stay here again. I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk but I arrived about 2 hours before check in time...I decided to go to Mystic Mountain and take the skylift chair tour and bobsled ride to kill a couple hours. Upon return I was shown to my room. The facility is a sprawling layout and I got the lucky room at the end of the hotel so it’s about a 3 minute walk from the front desk to the farthest room. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The view is astonishing. Meals are included so I enjoyed seaside breakfast, lunch and dinner with very friendly staff along with the included drinks. All things considered, this is one of the cheaper hotels so some guests may find the facility a little bit dated but it was fine. I didn’t buy tickets to Jamaica to be impressed by the hotel gym. The pool is nice, other guests and staff were great, and the boat ride was awesome. Two and a half hours with great views, photo opportunities and about a 20 minute swim in the beautiful water. Everyone from the bartender to the manager were welcoming, warm and friendly.

  We were brought here after a garden tour excursion from our ship. We felt the food was okay, but felt it was lacking. It has a little beach that we were allowed to go to after our lunch... The water smelled funky.. and it was really rocky. We decided to avoid going in to the water...I wish this stop wasn't part of our tour... It would have been better if we were given the option to eat where we wanted. It totally wasn't worth the $.

  I went there on a day pass. The hotel does need an upgrade. The room was clean but basic. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I had a traditional Jamaican style breakfast. It was so tasty. The beach is nice, clean and peaceful. There are plenty of chairs. I enjoyed my day

  This is obviously an old hotel. Seems they have a good chef, the food wasnt bad. But the property is in need of rehab. The carpet in the walk way is very mouldy because it had gotten wet and hasn't dried properly...so it smells. They rooms are okay. If they spruce up it would be a good place. They have a lovely view and beach front

  I stayed here for a week for my birthday May 30, 2017. And my stay was AMAZING.. the staff was very nice and helpful. I felt spoiled not to bring my bags to the room and have a drink waiting. The front desk lady was nice and helpful every day. The waitress Susan was nice and helpful. The bar tender Smiley was awesome and he was always smiling.. The waiter Crazy T was helpful and attentive.. I love it
