Made a reservation, when my friends and I got there the rooms were not available. They are scammers! Can you believe persons got the same rooms as us and was told it's gone smh.

I booked a junior suite at this hotel for 1 week through Expedia. Upon first entry onto the property the driveway needs repairs. The main restaurant was closed due to renovations. Be mindful the nearby restaurants are a bit pricey due to the location. The security guard consistently asks for your room number upon entry which is a concern due to the fact that you are only required to provide a name which is on a list the security guard keeps in a log. The front desk staff was courteous and made an effort to help the best they can. Upon entering my room which was located on the third floor, I observed a couch that appeared to be very dirty and smelled moldy as if it was outside. The bathroom was dirty and had urine stains on the toilet seat. We had to wait 2 hours for another room. I observed cracked tiles throughout the room and the appliances were old and outdated except for the smart T.V. and Air conditioner which was pretty new. The landscaping was nice overall throughout the property. The beds were actually comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. The bartender by the poolside was "irie" and bring good vibes which calmed my initial assessment of this unexpected experience. The hotel staff will charge you 25 dollars USD for additional guest per night if there not on the reservation prior to your arrival and there is a 100 dollar hold for incidentals like any other hotel. The property overall is in a good location. There are shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There's also a very nice Starbucks about a 3 minute drive on the main road to the west. Overall in the end this property does have great potential just need a little TLC.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my 3 school aged children and toddler. The staff were very polite, kind, and responsive. The landscape and gardening on the property is beautiful. The wings served at the bar are phenomenal. This place could easily be 5 stars if the WiFi weren’t so spotty and if the bar/restaurant were open consistently. I wish there were more hot water, too. It was very humbling to have to run the bath for my kids for an hour for it to fill properly. I also think it’s in bad taste to charge for stains to sheets, wash cloths, etc. This is normal wear and tear and should be considered an operational expense—not a responsibility of the guest. It’s also in bad taste you have to bring the room keys, laminate info, and remotes to the desk at check out when most hotels just have you leave them in there. It looks like they’re renovating the property. I hope the renovations brings Mystic Ridge more guests and more prosperity.

Great customer service and friendly staff. The stay was cozy and the pool is very nice. The pool is very large and can accommodate a good amount of persons.

Family of 8 people with two bedrooms and two couches. Apt. 35. It was a nice area, everything was clean. The location is great, it was close to everything we needed. However, the service was abysmal. Nobody asked if we needed anything or gave us a break down of what was expected. As an example, you have to pay for laundry to be done and pay for each role of toilet paper and for extra towels (they only gave us 4 when they knew it was a family of 8). No one told us beforehand. So when we arrived, we had none of these things and had to go to the local supermarket to buy toilet paper. We were waiting to see when the sheets were to be changed. The toilet in one of the rooms constantly wasn't working and we had to have it serviced. There was initially no hot water and the AC in the common area and one of the bedrooms was not functioning properly so that had to be serviced too. No one asked us how we were doing, and when we checked out no one bothered to ask how our stay was either. The lady who is apparently the manager of this apartment was quite rude and did not communicate anything at all. When we requested things to be serviced, most times we were told a specific time but the repair man wouldn't appear until hours later.
