::This was my very first HOTEL experience at Mt big age...God surely is good! I must say!!! Hats off to the hotel, their employees shows just how much they are appreciated there (minus a few of the females working the buffet area) but the staff are top notch THEEEE BEST I have experienced in a VERY LONG TIME!!! There's nothing to not love about the place. 5 stars all around! I loved the rooms, the food wasn't WOW but it wasn't bad either. The pastry was great!!! Perfectly balanced!!! 🥰 Beautiful place, the ambiance..I am definitely making Moon Palace My go to resort. My lil girl was absolutely smitten by the place!! She lived in the pool😂😂😂 even on our last day she had to go!

::My sister and her new husband selected this place as a destination wedding vacation and it was the perfect place for it. The staff was excellent. Room service was on point. No complaints whatsoever. We will definitely be coming back to Moon Palace in the near future.

::I am very hard to please so where should i start with my complaints, well i did not have an issue to complain about ..i was there with my wife from 5/10 to 5/ 14 and it was a great 5 days stay. the staff very pleasant and helpful. our room was clean and spacious with a balcony that gave us a partial ocean view where relax and enjoyed the evening breeze . let me get to the food, yes!! the food especially at the buffet was excellent ,lots of variety .in general all the restaurant were great.we had a great time on the boat to downs river. The spa treatment was excellent .The Spa should be on your list of things to do on your visit,you will not regret it. we definitely planning for a second trip

::Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are comfortable. They offer complimentary bathrobes and slippers plus a nice turn down service. The staff is also super friendly and really helpful. The beach is nice too and there are lots of pools to choose from. I enjoyed authentic Jamaican food at the Pier 8 restaurant every morning for breakfast sitting steps away from the beach, which has an amazing view. My mom also enjoyed Devon House ice cream every evening. The spa facility was so tranquil, and the massages were on point. We had the opportunity to go twice during our stay, and I highly recommend them. The grounds are well kept, and this place feels more like a 5-star hotel. Thanks for a great vacation, Moon Palace!

::The food at the buffet was good everywhere else was a little questionable. There's no microwave in the room. And the blow dryer needs an adaptive plug, so don't forget one. The entertainment was fun. The pools and bars were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this resort for sure. Had a blast!
