::Silent Waters Villa is the crowned jewel of Jamaica. The moment you arrive at Silent Waters Villa (it’s a calm and undeniably scenic 20-minute-or-so drive from the Montego Bay airport), you’ll find yourself in the most magical place in the world. Each villa is designed beautifully, with views overlooking the sparkling Caribbean sea; and others pointing towards the mountains. There is simply no bad view on property. David, the industry-leading and warm-hearted bartender, was the first to greet us with an iced cold glass of rum punch. He is warm and friendly, and made each of us feel as though we had known him our entire lives. Chef Marlon is a culinary master. His dishes are contemporary yet classic (think Pan-Seared Red Snapper with a savory Red Bell Pepper Sauce and Jerk Pork Tenderloin with savory herbs, spices, and vegetables). No detail was forgotten, as he and his staff lined fresh flowers and family-style platters of food beautifully down the table. It’s easy to remember a place for the beautiful views and delicious food, but we will forever remember Silent Waters for the people. Between games of tennis, afternoon massages, and dips in the pool, the Silent Waters Staff acted swiftly in the shadows, turning down beds, closing shutters, turning on AC units, and lighting lanterns down the walkways that created a maze throughout the property. It’s the type of place where the staff and guests greet one another by name, saying good morning and good evening as they move through their day. It feels like home, only better. Thank you Silent Waters Villa for making this the best trip of our lives. We’ll be back very soon.

::The service staff is AMAZING! Ms. Liz, Ms. Raquel, Mr. David, and Romeo to name a few. Service everyday all day with a smile. The food was made daily, hot and fresh. Our last dinner included lobster and lambchops, melt in your mouth delicious. We booked all the villas for a 4 night stay. Silent Waters only get a 3 because of the BUGS! If you have a fear of bugs like me, stay away. The Villas are an open window concept and the rooms are in the middle of trees. The staff does very well cleaning but we are in the bugs territory and they let you know it.
Samambaia Holistic Mobile Spa
::Samambaia Holistic Mobile Spa was booked for multiple spa treatments for a family of 12 on their first Jamaican retreat at Silent Waters Villa. This is a beautiful modern, and exquisitely furnished villa, with a beautifully designed swim-up pool that enhances the architectural design of the building. 6 massage therapists were deployed for this group. The facials, massages, body scrubs, and body wraps packages were done inside the bedrooms. Massages were done in the gym as well as in the beautiful gazebos on the waterfront. The villa staff is friendly and very helpful, especially the team leader Carlene. We would recommend this villa for family and friends' vacations and retreats.

::Hi beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. The are getting a 3 star because of the 6 units on the grounds we were housed in one that was roach infested. Luckily no one in our party had this issue. I am terrified of roaches so I was tired the entire trip because I was unable to rest. The staff were so sweet about it and tried their best to make us comfortable. Now where the issue comes in at is that management/ownership did not try and accommodate use financially by offsetting some of the cost. We had the entire villa all six units filled and I think and feel that some discount/reimbursement should have been offered. I truly appreciated the setup of the villa and all of the accommodations. The issue with the roaches was the only thing. Would have easily gave 4 stars if it was for that

::5 stars for the kind and genuine staff, the well prepared and cooked meals and atmosphere My only suggestion is to get screens for the villas that don’t have them as our villa had tons of bugs coming in at night. The stay is immaculate, clean, and quiet (with the exception of the concert in the valley on Saturday night until 4am)
