  Lots of mschines and work out programmes. Still the best gym to me in Kingston in terms of equipment and cost.

  Wide array of equipment, multiple options, spacious, knowledgeable and professional staff, comfortable. I have been to other gyms but none can top Spartan.

  A real bodybuilder's gym. Not for oly lifters or strongmen, but fantastic for everybody else (well, a bit limited for power lifters). Tons of well-maintained equipment, very friendly staff. You are sure to spot some pros here if you go a few times. Affordable daily and weekly rates for visitors.
