::Small comfortable gym with decent equipment. I'd recommend Jacqui or Calvin as trainers. They are excellent and extremely professional. They take the time to understand your body and your goal and cater a routine and meal plan that guaranteed to chisel results. There is great parking , room for aerobics and cardio.
