  I visited yesterday May 7,2024. To get information on time and date of when I was born! I was directed to the medical records office which consists of about 10 females. I was completely ignored by the women in this department! One lady was giving me some information, but she was so reluctant. I was told that I have to pay to get that information and the supervisor wasn’t there and only she could do it! After leaving, I went back to the person who sent me there, she informed me to go back, which I did. I was met by a woman outside the door of the medical record, she, UNBELIEVABLE WANTED MONEY FROM ME FROM HER APPROACH AND CONVERSATION! I asked if this wasn’t a GOVERNMENT OWN HOSPITAL? Currently, I don’t live in Jamaica. The woman got into a huge argument with me because I WOULD NOT AGREE WITH HER DEMANDS! I wanted to recorded my experience because I’ve heard so many stories about Jamaica and thought they were made up! But my experience today at the MEDICAL RECORD OFFICE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MADE UP! These workers are giving Jamaica a BAD NAME!!!

  Nurse Thomas that work at triage,she is very wicked and evil, all and because of her my baby born premature and in distress,they even give you medicine your allergic to,it's as if they wanted to take me out

  Great experience. The nurses were knowledgeable and well respected. I appreciate them all for doing what they do to make certain you have a safe delivery experience.
