::Very good customer service at this branch. The tellers are always warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Additional they work really fast so you are in and out in mere minutes. Victoria Mutual overall is a great building society, you do not have to worry about hidden fees.

::I do not think any of the people that left 5 stars are real. I believe they either work there or are somehow affiliated. This is one of the absolute worst experience I have ever received. The tellers that work here are beyond dunce and incompetent. There is usually a small amount of tellers working (3 or less) and they are tremendously slow and rude. If you do not have all day to waste dont even think about going there. For a teller to complete any simple transaction they have to ask 4 or 5 people. The wait.... omg. No words to explain how frustrating the hours of waiting is. I have been there 4 and each time was worst than the last. This is definitely not a bank, the building inside is under some kind of construction. I dont know what this is. Just an ulgy building full of 'made up faces' dunces. They need help and training.

::I made a visit to the Half Way Tree branch during my lunch time to do a withdrawal as i am not interested in having a ATM card. This was not my first time visiting there and it is sad to say that my experiences there just keeps getting worst each time. The turn around time per transaction is waaaaayyyyyy toooo poor. I was standing in the line for over 45 minutes and when i got there i was the 5th person in the line.Only three(3) tellers were on the line which included a guy who seemed to be the internal teller there. As a result, i got back to work 20 mins late, as i had gone over my lunch time because of the poor services. Also, before I left from work to go there i had been calling the phone lines for over an hour and i got no response at all. Thank God for the online chat that you guys have as Stashane ( I hope i got the name correct) did a very great job in assisting me with my queries. Some great and urgent adjustments needs to be made where this is concerned please and thank you.
